Mama’s Beach, right in front of the renowned restaurant Mama’s Fish House, has kid-friendly tide pools with small fish in them and turtles swimming around. Access to surfing and windsurfing launch are just a few steps away.

After a day of sight-seeing, enjoy returning to Maui Winds for a home-cooked meal or a BBQ on the deck. The closest grocery store is just a couple minutes walk. The town of Paia is less than a mile away with contemporary island cuisine, live music, and many take-away choices.

Nearby Baldwin Beach Park invites walkers and runners and families to the right and the left of the Life-Guard tower. On the west end of Baldwin you’ll discover Baby Beach, where the reef creates a fairly shallow natural pool that allows safe swimming and playing for children.

The feeling on the north shore is hip, and it can be relaxing and sporty if you so choose.

  Our family of 5 adults and 1 baby had a splendid time in this spacious and charming home. The house was well located in a quiet neighborhood near Paia. 3 large bedrooms and a large living room area allowed us all th relax in comfort and enjoy each other's company without being on top of each other. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many meals. Overall, we highly recommend this house while visiting Maui.

  Great house. Perfect for families. We have 4 small children. The house layout, private yard, proximity to beach (1 minute walk away and ideal for small children), outside shower and BBQ were the perfect set up for our family. This was our second time staying at this house. We will be back again. You cannot go wrong with this place!
