3. This Hawaii vacation rental home has been registered as a Transient Accommodation with the State of Hawaii.

4. Main house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with Oceanview King master and 2 twins in 2nd room. Living room has a queen size pull out couch. Cottage is the 3rd bedroom with a King master and sitting area with kitchenette.

5. Off street parking for 2 cars maximum. Owner retains 2 parking spot for their own use under "Jeep Only Parking".

6. There is a popular public beach access which runs immediately adjacent to the home. The Canoe Club also uses this access for early morning practice with practice sometimes beginning as early as 6am during canoe season.

7. The pool is not heated. Please note there is no child safety fence option for around the pool area. All children must be supervised by adult. Pool can be cooler in Winter months.

8. This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.

  The property at Naupaka Hale is just perfect. You have the total privacy of the pool area plus the gorgeous blue sea in front. The beach was quite busy in August. The service was great, and the home is lovely and comfortable. It may not be the most modern of homes, but it’s so homey and sweet, we didn’t care.

  My wife and I stayed at Naupaka Hale for our vacation and we had a wonderful time in Lanikai. Naupaka Hale was just absolutely wonderful. Excellent location, house, pool, and of course beach!. We had such a great time. We enjoyed the location and proximity to Kailua and all of the good local dining and shopping options.
  
  The house was very clean and well maintained. Some equipment was a little rusted in the closet and shower room. I think that it is a good idea to repair, but it's no big deal.
  
  We took a walk on the beach early every morning. It was truly a spectacular Lanikai beach. I went snorkeling and was able to see the turtle and shark. Shark was about 1.5m, but I think it was a gentle type of shark, it was at the bottom of the ocean. Also, the pool was awesome! It was not a heated pool, but the water was not cold. We were relaxed because this place was so peaceful.
  
  We are very thankful to ”Jen” of Hawaiian Villa Rentals. When my wife fell off her bicycle, she brought us a first aid kit. Also, we had an arrangement for a private in villa massage. Therapist Debbie's massage was really good. We had our massage while listening to the sound of the waves on the terrace. It seemed that she belonged to a local canoe club, and we were happy to be able to see her again on the beach!
  
  The home and the location were just fantastic. We definitely will decide to return to the house and Lanikai beach!
  
  Finally, again, I strongly recommend both this property and Robin with Hawaiian Villa Rentals!!

  Perfect set up for our needs. My fiance and I stayed in the casita while her sister, brother-in-law and 2 kids stayed in the main house. Both buildings were fully stocked with all the amenities you would need - towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, etc - which seems to be rare in rentals. They also has some pool floaties and beach/snorkeling gear that we were able to use while we were there. Chris from the property management company helped get us checked in and highlighted some of his favorite recommendations that are listed in the binder they provide. Overall a really great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

  This is an amazing location on Lanikai. Literally in the middle of the beach. Set back and private with a private view of the all that you wish when you stand up, when you sit you have the privacy and seclusion as beach goers do not have line of sight to the back of the house.
  
  The pool area and the sitting area and the eating area are fantastic. We never ate inside. In fact, we spent hardly any time inside. this place is to be appreciated while wet. either from the ocean, snorkeling in the morning in one of the safest, clearest snorkeling spots around, or in the silky salt water pool in the back.
  
  The grill is a bit dated but easy to use and worked like a charm. We had a different fish every day of our trip and except for the calamari it was always grilled in some fashion.
  
  Highly recommend this place. there are subtle nuances that make this special -- like the cottage bedroom and bath. the outdoor living and the access to the beach and fantastic fully tiled (easy on your toes), salt water pool.

  I have been to Many Beaches but never one as peaceful or beautiful as this...The morning sunrise with the twin Island peaks was amazing..
  The Trade winds and weather is the best I have ever had on the Islands..Going from the Beach to the Pool is something my Kids will ever was like a Resort on the beach with all the amenities and the Back house was perfect for my Mother-in Law...
  It was a Work Vacation with me having to drive to Honolulu a few times and I have to say the 30 minute drive was the most Beautiful commute I have ever had..
  Thank you and your staff for making this a perfect and very easy Vacation...Checking in and out was so easy and with everything you would ever need in a Rental...We did not need to bring anything to the house it had everything we needed even toys for the kids in the pool and for the beach...Just filled up the Frig and we were ready to go...

  We can't say enough about this lovely home and the pristine beach it's on. The house was very comfortable .... We arrived and Janelle from Trinity met us. They had a basket of goodies waiting for us... Filled with fresh fruits, chocolate covered macadamia nuts, chips ect.... She walked us through the house and showed us where everything was. There is a closet full of beach chairs and boogie boards which was great....The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were nice and cold. The pool and courtyard were beautiful and relaxing. Lanikai beach is the most beautiful beach we have seen. We loved sitting on the beach and watching the sun come up every morning. We stayed on the north shore after checking out of Naupaka Hale and it didn't compare. We will definitely stay at Naupaka Hale again next time we are in Oahu!

  The home is fabulous on beautiful lanikai beach but..... The beach is very busy with rowing teams in morning and night and weekends are very crowded. When the crowds showed up mid day we retreated to the beautiful swimming pool. I still highly recommend this home .

  I cannot emphasis how ideal the location of this property is for enjoying Lanikai beach. We spent a week here and loved every minute of it. The scene from the open living space is picturesque with two coconut palms and a blue ocean view. The convenience of being able to simply walk out to the oceanfront anytime for the beautiful sunrises or a quick dip is unparalleled. It is nearly midway between the two ends of Lanikai Beach.
  
  There is some noise from the foot traffic since there's a public path to the beach right next to the property but it wasn't too much of a nuisance.
  
  Having a private pool also accessible on the property is such a plus. It was perfect for our two earlier swimmers with a nice ledge all along one side.
  
  The amenities such as furniture and appliances were great - appliances were mostly up to date - a few niggling items but nothing major. Beach towels, straw mats, a closet full of water "toys" (snorkels, life jackets, pool noodles, masks), Bose radios and large screen TV's were all nice unexpected items.
  
  Visiting during late March, early April and saw a few "critters" (crab in the pool, moth at night) but it was not totally unexpected given that we kept the wide doors open for most of the day and the beachfront location.
  
  Can't wait to come visit again. Well worth our stay

  Excellent service. Kudos to the entire team from Robin (leasing), to Meredith (closing), Julie (finance) to Claudia/Elisabeth on management. Perfect property. Fall asleep to the waves, open the backdoor, pass the lawn and directly on to a pristine beach, enjoy dips in the pool. All amenities needed are in the house. Two bedrooms, two bath. Only minor drawbacks - kids beds are not stable and not good to sleep on, safe doesn't work, no bathtub. But these are minor issues. Highly recommended property managed by a top tier service team.   Property was a quiet, clean and fantastic location for the family. The pictures on line didn't do the privacy justice as we were slightly concerned with the baby and being near a public beach, however the 6 foot privacy walls and all the wonderful landscaping take care of any noise. We had every window/door open when inside the house and it did not disturb us.

  From the moment we entered the house we could tell it was a special place. Claudia ,the agent, was fantastic and showed us around the house. We spent two weeks on Oahu and I cannot think of a better house to stay in to explore the island. And if you want to take a day off and stay at the house and enjoy the pool and swim at the beach, it is all there. Lastly, the only thing left to say is the house and the grounds are more beautiful than the photos on the web site.

  One problem was with giant bonfire on beach in the middle of the night. Very disturbing until the police finally broke it up. Guests should know to call police immediately if this happens.
