  Once again had a fabulous stay at this amazing g house. Very comfortable for 10, lots of room, the house is layed out perfect for us. Beach front which we love. Close walking distance to town. The town of Kailua has everything you need for your stay. Property management are amazing , to answer any questions or fix anything that needs to be done. All new furniture this year which looked amazing. The only complaint is would be nice if they would of had a bar fridge, but since we were there for 2 months we went and bought one. The plates in the house really need to be changed out, just big and clunky, don’t fit in dishwasher very well , so we opt to use paper, which I hate using cause such a waste. Hoping to rent again next year

  The house was well kept and the lay out was open and comfortable. As we walked in for our welcome tour the house was nicer and larger than it appeared in the photos. Also there's more than enough room for large groups. There was enough room for special events and visiting friends and family. The rooms were large and roomy. The yard was big for kids to play and the wedges were tall enough for privacy but could see the ocean and sunrises. The owners and property management thought of everything from casual dining to formal dining. From umbrellas to chairs, towels and toys, snorkeling and boggy boards. Owners and property management, thanks for you hospitality. You are amazing and thoughtful.

  We had a wonderful visit to the Kailani house in Lanikai. The house is in perfect condition and well stocked to the smallest detail. Management is quickly responsive to any needs/Questions (someone in our group commented "wow, they must live around the corner. They were here so quick")
  The perfect location for kayaking (we rented one for 5 days), SUP, boogie boarding.....We grilled almost everyday. Easy access to markets and sightseeing. Although many in group never wanted to leave the house because the beach and house are so wonderful.
  
  We would recommend Trinity in a second and would love to stay at the Kailani house again.

  We had a fabulous experience renting the Kailani beach house again. We have a big family with different aged children and the house perfectly accommodates us all with a little privacy for everyone. With every bedroom having it's own bathroom and big beds in each, everyone was very comfortable. You cannot beat the location, and the owners were kind enough to provide us with enough soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper products etc. to make a trip to the drugstore optional and not immediately necessary. The fruit basket was a very nice touch too. I hesitantly highly recommend this property only because I would like for it to always be available for us to rent!!

  There was something magical that happened when we first spotted the full moon over the Mokulua Islands and the entire house emptied onto the lawn to admire the scene and take photos. Some of also woke at dawn to see the sunrise and others were surprised that others were doing the same.
  
  This home has the charm of a beachside retreat and appointments of a fine residence. There were nice gathering spaces for the entire party, whether doing reading, puzzles, music, watching tv, dining, etc. Cooking was a pleasure as this home had everything that we needed from utencils, dishware, wine glasses, appliances, grill, etc. We're also used to A/C, so glad that this home had the option of using it in 4 of 5 BRs. Beds were a little high, as they are on platforms, so short people had to jump up a bit or use a stool.
  
  We've rented many beachhouses, and this was the best. Shopping and sidetrips to Kailua are also a nice compliment to the beach or lounging around. The beach is somewhat crowded during the early mornings and late afternoons due to canoe club activity, but it's testiment to a great beach. We saw turtles too!

  The property was magnificent, and was only matched by the location and view. We had a family reunion - us coming from Canada, our family from Australia - and everyone agreed it was the best family holiday yet. There was plenty of room for everyone, and there was plenty of beach equipment to use - umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, etc.
  A few niggling things - the toaster was unserviceable, the BBQ not very user friendly (it flared all the time), and an electric kettle would have been more useful. The cords that worked the blinds in each room were tangled so to raise and lower was difficult.
  But these were only minor things and did not take anything away from what was a great vacation.
  The only real bad thing was having to leave.

  The house and views were exactly as the pictures showed. I had been to this beach before and think it is the best beach on Oahu. If you are looking to get away from it all and just relax abnd enjoy the views this place is perfect. the living areas and rooms were great. Our property manager was wonderful met us at the house and was available throughout our stay. Trinity properties was profesional and courteous in all transactions I had with them. Deposit returned quickly and no headaches wiothy booking arriving or leaving property.

  Amazing house on the perfect beach. Can't ask for anything more (except some free nights!). The house is very nice and fit us, our baby, and four other families, all with small children. Lanikai is a perfect beach for small children due to the crystal clear water and calm waves. My only complaint would be the price, but what can you expect for the privilege of being on such an amazing beach in a beautiful house.
