Probably the most magnificent property to come to the rental market in a long time, Kai Ala Villa offers the feeling of a private home with the amenities of a resort.
You can start with the 78 foot pool with water chairs on the shallow side and water falls on the deeper end. There's a pickle ball court and a sandy volley ball court, an outdoor gym ( and an inside one!) and a backyard with a large grass area and outdoor furniture.
No expense was spared when it comes to comfort, in appointing the expansive 11,000 square feet structure. The open floor plan and deck space allow for over 25 people sitting enjoying their meals together as a family.
Of the 11 bedrooms 5 of them with en-suite bathroom, are on the main level. The left wing offers three bedrooms: the two king suites are steps from the pool and the third garden-view suite offers two queen-sized beds with an en-suite bathroom. On the right wing there's another poolside king suite with an en-suite bath, and a garden-view king suite with an en-suite bath. There's also the laundry room and an easily accessible butler’s kitchen.
Another sizeable living area on the second level includes several unique arcade game machines, a ping pong table, a seating area to enjoy table games, and 2 more bedrooms: two king bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a suite with three bunk beds and en-suite bath.

There are also 3 detached bedroom suites located a few steps from the main house. They two king suites are the largest bedrooms of all, Both en-suite baths offer an inviting outdoor soaking tub and shower. The last suite in the Ohana ( cottage )offers the perfect space for a family of three with a king size bed, a pull-out couch in the living room, fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer.
