  Great location on the water. Beautiful views from every room, especially the Master/Living Room building separate from the two guest bedrooms. Nicely equipped kitchen, although fan over stove is very temperamental. Amazing Japanese toilet in Master Bedroom we couldn't figure out and there were no instructions! There is a lovely walk-in closet in the Master and a very attractive, large Master bath. The real estate agents were very attentive, particularly given we were there over the Christmas week. Best of all, the kids enjoyed the pool, walking on the rocks with their reef shoes and playing pickleball on the court in front. The aloe plants in front of the garage have been neglected and haven't been watered in months. They were barely alive and looked like it. Otherwise, the landscaping was well-handled and quite attractive. Also, loved the sitting area under the shade structure on the back lawn and the cute table and chair by the water. Would definitely recommend this for a family and will return one day with our 2 children (12 & 6) along with their helper.
