  We had a great experience with the property. Fantastic pool. Everything went great.The house needs a air conditioner in the main living area. We went to spend a month to see if we wanted to move to the big island. We'll We were successful. All types of weather including a hurricane which almost never happens. The property management people Robbie and Shawn. Robbie called to make us aware if what was coming. Then she checked up on us a couple times. The house was ready for a emergency.

  This was our second time at Bi Kohola Lani and we loved it just as much as the first! The house is impeccably furnished and spotless. It's spacious ands plenty of room for everyone. We've stayed at many houses in the neighborhood, but we love this because it sits low enough to see (and hear) the whales! We loved just sitting in the lanai and watching the scenery. We'll be back

  Honestly, I was holding my breath as I was worried this was a scam. Too good to be true. When we drove up and walked into this house I almost cried. This place was better than I could have expected. It was perfect for my family of 4, two daughters, 10 and 12 years old and my parents. We spent days here, enjoying the pool and relaxing in the outdoor seating area. This house is not close to restaurants, stores, etc. Beaches are about 10 minute drive, closest grocery store is about 20 minutes, airport is about 45 minutes away. We went to Costco when we landed before going to the house which was perfect. Everything you could possibly need was available and the property managers were so helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. This entire process was simple and easy and we cannot wait to book another stay here! Thank you to the homeowners for sharing this lovely peace of heaven with my family!

  The home was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. We spent a few nights stargazing from the pool deck and was able to see a lot of activity from in the sky. The location was perfect and the home layout worked well for our family.
  
  The only negative thing I have to say is it was a bit hot in the house, even with having a lot of fans running. If the home had A/C, it would be amazing!

  Our family (kids ages 13 & 11) stayed for 10 days over Christmas 2022. The home met our expectations and then some. House was immaculate and well taken care of - it had all the amenities we could possibly need including a fully stocked kitchen. We bought fresh fish at the local fish market nearby and grilled several nights at home. We loved swimming in the pool and watching the sunset in the evenings - and yes, we could see whales in the distance. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends & family.
