  This property was an excellent home base to enjoy Maui! Extremely convenient location to be close to airport, groceries/supplies and easy walking to local shops and restaurants in Paia. Several close beaches which were very quiet and private in the summer months, and quick access for Road to Hana. Space was very clean and comfortable for 8 adults. Easy to open up the house and enjoy the weather and backyard was amazing! Couldn’t ask for more!

  We had a fantastic trip to Paia and the Family House was perfect for our group of 8. The house was spacious and offered different seating areas inside and out where we could spread out or all snuggle up and watch a movie. I am quite particular to cleanliness and the house was clean, nothing missed, including the grill which we were able to use because of this. The kitchen was stocked appropriately and also included the necessities we needed during our stay. The location made it easy to walk to town for our morning coffee, restaurants, groceries and to the beach. The house manager and property manager were quick to respond to our needs and took care of what we were asking for, thank you. I would highly recommend the Family House and look forward to another visit there ourselves.

  The house is recently remodeled and gorgeous. Lots of attention to detail, lots of amenities, and interesting spaces and touches. We had 4 adults and 4 young kids and it worked perfectly. Lots of space and bathrooms for everyone. We cooked most our meals and the kitchen worked very well. There were even ripe avocados and papayas every day! It’s a short, easy walk on a sidewalk into town and the grocery store. Plus, you get to watch cows graze from the back deck! Could recommend highly enough. Check in was easy and communication was great.

  The home is absolutely perfect for gathering as a family yet private quarters give everyone their own personal space. Add in an entry courtyard and central courtyard between living space and bedrooms, a beautiful deck with dining and seating and wonderful other little nooks and spaces and you have the perfect getaway.
  The managers were very helpful upon arrival and honestly everything was so well done that we did not need to contact them.
  We would stay here again and again.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas in Maui and the Paia Family House was the perfect place for us to stay. Walking distance to Paia town and the beach or a short drive to all of the wonderful sights Maui has to offer. It was charming, relaxing, and had everything we needed.
