This house is everything it is described and more! Lots of space, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable beds/pillows! Walking distance to Paia town for shopping, dining, shave ice, and groceries. Baldwin Beach is a 3 minute drive. Great location to explore from as well.
Danielle and Greg were very accessible and accommodating and we so appreciated the pineapple and chocolates when we arrived.
We will stay here again and have already started telling friends about this property!

Lovely and airy house, very conveniently located just a few blocks from Paia’s main center. We had a few snafus with a leaky sink and several smoke detectors that kept going off in the middle of the night, but they were super responsive and addressed everything right away. Overall, a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay here! The home was well stocked (esp for cooking and beach days), in a perfect location for walking into town for restaurants, groceries, and to beaches, and VERY quiet at night! The backyard has a beautiful upcountry view which is great for relaxing. We hope we can stay here again soon.

This home is very clean and well maintained! They have a team of people working on the home. We had an issue with the TV and a drain and they were fixed right away. The welcome basket was also a nice touch!
