Fully remodeled in 2017, Hale Nalani is a single level private enclave surrounded in lush landscaping, and exemplifies the casual elegance of the Lanikai lifestyle. Decorated to echo the colors and textures of Lanikai’s breathtaking natural beauty, the bright, open layout invites you to find your own perfect place to relax and refresh between beach adventures. The main house includes all the comforts of a luxury lifestyle, brand new contemporary furnishings and quality finishes. All bedrooms have an ensuite bath and air conditioning. The beautiful, upgraded kitchen looks out onto the spacious great room and the pool to make cooking for a stay-at-home dinner a real treat for the senses. And after dinner - a private screening of your favorite films with the fabulous living room entertainment suite.


The guest cottage on the far side of the pool, also featuring AC and an ensuite bath, provides a detached retreat for added privacy.

  Great place, wonderful pool, fantastic inside, amazing sonos sound system. Wonderful privacy, wonderful screens with marvelous cross breeze. Everything modern. Brand new. No marks on the walls even, recently re-modeled. No touches missed. Even the snorkel gear is adequate.
  
  200 steps from the driveway to the beach path. 100 steps more from the path to the beach itself. 300 steps total from the driveway to paradise.
  
  about 1.25 miles walk to the local corner store and perhaps 2 total to the whole foods if you're walking.
  
  Furniture is great (though ask for lounge cushions for the chaisse lounges by the pool for extra comfort. The guest house is just whatever you need it to be. We used it for meditation and a pool house. But very comfortable bed is great for sleep at night.
  
  Note that there is a park behind the property. Who cares, absolutely no problem. I actually enjoyed sound of happy voices at dusk, as they quiet down like birds do at night.
  
  Then boom, sun rises, and the birds sing, and you are meditating and stretching before your morning swim. Oh boy I miss it.
  
  Your view? A beautifully landscaped property and of the pill box climb up the mountain behind you. You'll have to walk to the beach to see the "moks".
  
  Lastly, the rental company, as always, was wonderful.
  
  I don't think you can be disappointed with this one.

  Throughout our week stay, we frequently commented that Hale Nalani was the perfect home for our family of 5 which included 2 teenagers. The layout of the home would also work well for three couples as each bedroom is its own private suite. Everything in the home was new. All of the furniture was both beautiful and comfortable. My daughter even said the thing she would miss most was the bed. The home is well stocked truly above and beyond what we normally find with our rentals--kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, lanai, outdoor shower, beach and pool gear, it's all there. We loved the location as it was a quick half block walk to arguably one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The Pill Box hike trailhead is only two blocks away which made it easy to get up several mornings to hike up and watch the sunrise. What a view! We also were able to walk to Buzz's for their famous Mai Tais. The neighborhood is lovely with several new homes being built on the street. We were warned ahead of time that there could be construction noise but it was never an issue for us. There was not any tourist beach traffic in front of the home as parking was prohibited on the street. The only suggestion I would have would be to use the house's solar to heat the pool. The large beautiful pool was hardly used as it was bone chilling cold (in January). Without a doubt, we would not hesitate to recommend Hale Nalani to our family and friends. It checked every box and then some--it was very hard to leave! The property management team was A+ from beginning to end.

  Our stay at Hale Nalani was a real pleasure. The home was in prime condition and was steps from the best beach on Oahu. Everything was spotless and serene, and the views and landscaping were gorgeous.
